Contribute Test Problems to Beestar

Overview

To let children use the best possible learning material, Beestar strives to improve its education programs. Among the warm supports Beestar has received since the beginning, some teachers and parents have been designing and collecting high quality math problems for Beestar. They have become a significant source of Beestar exercises. As the list of contributors grows, we want to organize the process better and open it up to the teachers/parents outside of Sugar Land area. We thank all people who are interested in making a contribution to Beestar. Your candid feedback and warm support are highly appreciated.

It is a challenge to organize information in various forms from many people. To identify and integrate the best-of-class learning materials effectively, we have set guidelines and rules to govern the process. Contributors need to follow the procedure step by step to have their educational material published in Beestar. If you desire to contribute high quality test problems to Beestar, please read the requirements and guidelines below:

Requirements

• As a contributor, you must have sufficient knowledge in the subject area. You should possess a college degree, and are preferably a professional teacher.

• You need to provide adequate contact information (such as name, address, phone#) and a brief CV when you submit your first contribution. Your electronic material should be in the required format (Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF) for Beestar to evaluate.

• At the beginning of your document, you need to state explicitly the subject and grade level of your test problems. They should be for grade levels 1 through 8 and in these subjects: math, language arts, science, social studies, vocabulary, and gifted & talented education. Every question should have the answer key and a brief explanation included.

• You must waive all copyright claims to the material you contributed to Beestar. If the material is a personal collection (originally from a third party), you must prove that the copyright holder has permitted its free public use without any obligation.

• In general, Beestar does not provide monetary payback for contributions. As an appreciation, Beestar may give program vouchers for your students or children to use. Details will be provided when you contact Beestar. If you are a professional test problem designer, Beestar may work out a special arrangement with you.
